sleepy...drowsy...

the weekend was spent hibernating. i never knew i could pull it off, but i did. for one whole day on sunday, it was like we were just living in a bunker. except for saturday where we went shopping, sunday was spent inside. even the cat spent most of the day inside with us, doing nothing other than having food and sleeping. the tv was switched on just for the sake of having some noise in the house, when in fact nobody bothered watching it. my wife has a right to be sleepy and hibernating. she's run down with a fever since friday. on saturday after shopping we went for her monthly check-up and the doctor gave her some medication for her flu and fever. that's why on Sunday she was sleeping most of the time. she swallowed one pill and slept she did. while I on the other hand didn't need any pill to achieve the same effect. looking at her and the cat sleeping was enough cause for me to do the same...
